The Free class is a class of people who do not rely on monetary income for their basic necessities. The people in the free class will be provided with housing, food, water, healthcare, & security. This class of people will not have to worry about rent, utility bills, or many other kinds of bills. The Free class will be able to live a decent life without any monetary income.
However, the people in the Free class will still have the opportunity to earn money in order to gain ownership of materials & enhance their quality of life. There will still be many ways to earn money, nevertheless, the most common way would be to work in a skilled job or more than your minimum voluntary hours required.
You might think in a society with a Free class you will have to work our usual 40hrs a week, however, that is not the case. The Free class will actually have to work substantially less. Depending on where you live & how populated your city is, I would estimate around 16hrs a week, probably a lot less.
People will have so much free time that more & more people will probably have existential crisis, haha. & this will be a good thing because this will really take them on a spiritual journey towards their purpose & true path of their life.
But how & why would people work a lot less in the Free class? Well, think about it like this. In today's purely monetary society, if you have a business, you will limit how many employees you can hire because you obviously cannot afford to hire as many employees as you want. But with the Free class, you will have a class of people that you do not have to pay. This means that you can hire more employees thereby getting the work done a lot faster.
Once the Free class is implemented, our thinking dynamic will change. We are so used to hustling for money that working without getting paid with money will be a shock to many people. But as you start living in a way where you don't get paid (meaning only by monetary means, but you get paid by being provided your basic necessities) then, you will start to feel comfortable working without earning money.
Because the Free Class doesn’t initially earn money, our society will be incentivized to be the most efficient thereby working less than usual. Today most people look for more work in order to attain more money. But with the Free Class there will be no need to work more than what is necessary.
This will also change the business dynamic of operations. Since money is no longer a necessity, only supplementary, businesses will be incentivized to make longer lasting products in order for them to work less & free up more time. Plumbers & electricians, & other trade jobs will want manufactures to make the greatest lasting products in order so that they won’t have to work much, unlike today, where they want to work more, not because they want to but because they want more money, due to money being a necessity.
The Free Class will free the people from the shackles of money, it will free up more time, & free you from worry & stress of having a roof over your head & food on the table.
In addition, the Free class will actually alleviate 80% of crime. Most crimes are done in the pursuite for money. Now that money is not as much of an incentive, their greed for money will be alleviated & most people will not feel the need to steal or commit such crimes.
The Free class will help the environment because now that we have free labor, in the sense that we don’t need to pay them by monetary means, now, using greener environmentally friendly products will be much feasible & cost a lot less. We will have more people to help clean & recycle. More people to help build better designs for farming or other stuff where we would usually cut out due to cost.
Now that we are not limited by money, we can clean up & maintain the city more. Build greener buildings & houses. We will be able to create more jobs that help the city, where before we would not want to in order to save money.
The free class is where most people will want to live in because it will be the most stress free life. The life with the most free time, & the life the feels that you are truly working for the people. You have always been working for the people, but it doesn’t feel that way because if I were to ask you, why are you working, 99.999% would say, for money. Every person working as a cashier does not feel that they are working for the benefit for you, they are working for the benefit of themselves, for money.
& that’s how we have it in society today. That’s why we are in a spiritual turmoil; that’s why there is so much crime & corruption, & the greed to attain power.
The system you live by is the system you evolve by.
The reason why the Free class will make the world substantially a better place is because the Free class is meant to work for the people, for society. It is no longer at odds or limited by money. The Free class will free the people from money, & yet, they will still have so much opportunity to be rich & attain luxury; the best of both worlds. Why not?
