All that is of importance & is of significance is in this life.
Everything that can ever matter is here in this life, for, it is only here where it will matter. Here is only what is & could be; where all is of value. All things have a value in & of themselves. Just because there is no one to give value to something does not mean it has no value.
Even though you do not experience life in its totality, you experience life in your own totality. The experience of your life is the everything to you & where it has all of its matter. Even if you find no meaning to your life, your life is still your everything & that has all of its own meaning.
‘Everything matters’ means that all that will ever matter will only matter here in life. For, there is only life in life; all of your experience & illusions; all of your logic & morality. It doesn’t matter what you do, we all go back to nothing, & that is why nothing matters.
‘Nothing matters’ because when you die, that will be the end of you. ‘You’ as in the one that is a bubble of conscious, not the physical being that you are. Your organic material will go back to its fundamental elemental structure. But you, conscious one, is only a conscious bubble that life produces only for a time until it pops into thin air. You came from nothing and you will return to nothing. You will end but life will endure.
Nothing will matter in the end, because eventually everything dies. Everything that mattered to you will not matter to you when you die because you cannot derive any value nor anything for that matter when you are dead. This is why none of us can experience death, beacause we are not alive to experience it.
The life that you are existing in is the existence that will forever be. It is a blessing, a miracle, to experience life. While nothing may matter for you when you die, everything will still matter for Life, the same everchanging life that will continually ever be.
Death does not affect you, it only affects life. All that you leave behind is going to matter in life. While, when it is time, you may be gone, other’s are still living life, & others are yet to experience life. This is why we should hold life sacred for the very reason that since it is only in life where you can experience life.
If you can see, we are all ‘life’, one & the same; therefore, life never really dies, it is just the many individual forms of life dying & opening room for new, fresh, life to bloom.
There are many more who are yet to experience life; & the circumstances of how the newcomers of life will come in is, for the most part, dependent of how we leave life behind.
Our form of consciousness may die, but the life that we are will continue to born anew, sprouting & blooming, withering & dying; this is how life can continue to exist.
To believe that nothing matters in the end can make someone careless towards life; however, you are still in life where it matters. If anything, you should be more inspired to live life since this is all you’re going to have. What kind of life, with the limited amount of time you have, do you want to experience?
In life everything matters, in death nothing matters. Everything matters & nothing matters, because when you’re gone, you’re gone; but life endures. Make it matter for life.
Death is nowhere, Life is everywhere.
